Want to know why raw honey is so good for treating hay fever? Its because it still contains particles of pollen that the bees have been feeding on from the local area . Our honey is unpasteurised and coarse filtered, leaving behind all that fabulous yummy goodness. Pasteurisation means heating the honey to temperatures above 63 degrees C. This significantly damages the beneficial properties of the honey. So.... when we say raw.... we mean RAW!
